A fun and enjoyable workout class specifically designed for Teens aged 12-15yro. Focusing on body movement, co-ordination and builds confidence
45 minute class of straight up boxing. One of the best cardio workouts. This class is for all fitness levels and is non contact. Increase cardio fitness, upper body strength and core stability.
The ultimate core workout. Core Fit includes; BOSU, Swiss Ball, Kettle Bell and body weight exercises. Designed for core stability, balance, and all body strength. For all fitness levels.
What better reason to get outdoors. Outdoor fitness is a combination of cardio, strength and cross training, all while doing it outdoors. Increase strength, cardio fitness, core strength and all round body power. Designed for all fitness levels.
